I was born and raised in China and worked for 10 years at Beijing University of Chemical Technology as an associate professor, engaged in teaching and research. I came to the United States in 1998 to pursue my education and my dream of exploring the world. I worked in the internet industry for 16 years. In 2001, I relocated from Michigan to California and joined SJCAC. As I served in various volunteer roles at church, I felt the need to equip myself with Biblical training when I began teaching the Bible to others. Therefore, from 2010-2016, I received training at Overseas Theological Seminary. I dedicated my life to the Lord at the seminary graduation ceremony. Eighteen months later, I answered the call to full-time ministry. I married my wife Binxi in 1989, and we have a daughter Cathy who is married. I enjoy taking daily walk and traveling the world.

I received a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, China, a Ph,D, in Engineering from University of Science and Technology, Beijing. I also earned a Master degree. in Biblical Studies from Overseas Theological Seminary in US.
