I was born in Lowell, MA, and spent my entire life on the East Coast. My mom is from Hong Kong and my father is from Toisan. Even at a young age, I remember having a deep love for God and living to please Him. As a youth, I experienced God’s love through worship. I would walk into the youth meeting with insecurity, shame, and low self-worth. By the end of the worship time, I would leave feeling like a burden had been lifted off—I was filled with joy and God’s overwhelming love. I am now entering my 40s, and just as in the days of my youth, I long more than anything to see others encounter God deeply and know His amazing love. In the summer of 2023, I answered the call to serve SJCAC. Our family of 5 moved from Queens, NY to begin this new adventure. I enjoy scenic nature walks and hikes. A fun fact about me is that I used to be a wedding photographer!

I received a B.A. in Youth Ministry from Nyack College and a M.Div. from Alliance Theological Seminary.
