Our Mission
Bringing People to Wholeness and Fruitfulness
Jesus came to restore us to a life of ‘wholeness’ and ‘fruitfulness’. We believe that this is the mission of His Church. The gift of salvation promises not mere escape from suffering and judgment, but also an abundant life that leads to fruitfulness. A person who has been made whole will truly be able to love God and his or her neighbor, and will go on to make healthy disciples who will do the same.
Our Values

HOLINESS
Through God’s Word & His Holy Spirit
Our highest and utmost calling is to love God. God, who is holy, calls us to be holy people. He has also given us everything we need to attain holiness in this life. We uphold the transforming power of God’s Word and the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit as two primary means of living a holy life unto God. Our daily life and ministries are deeply anchored in obeying what the Bible teaches. We seek to be filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit in order to be separated from sin and fully dedicated to the will of God for a fruitful and abundant life.

SELFLESSNESS
In Loving One Another
Jesus proved His selfless love for us by laying down His own life. He called us to do the same for one another. We are a community of broken and sinful people, redeemed by Jesus Christ, living to demonstrate this selfless love in a world that is full of hurts and loneliness. We are devoted to caring for one another through small groups and fellowship that extend beyond our Sunday worship experience. We are also committed to loving our next generation by training and equipping them to be Christ-followers.

GENEROSITY
Towards Our Community & the World
We are dedicated to taking the good news of Jesus Christ to our neighborhoods and to the world. We believe that the best way to accomplish this mission is through planting churches. Our vision is to develop vibrant communities of faith in many neighborhoods that will love and serve the city that we live in. We are also fully engaged in sending and supporting people who will take the story of our salvation to the nations that have yet to come to know our Savior.
Alliance Family
San Jose Christian Alliance Church (SJCAC) started in 1975 with the mission to bring the good news of Jesus Christ to the people of our city and to the world. We are a church of multi-lingual families and we worship in 6 different languages on any given Sunday.
SJCAC is part of a Christ-centered global movement, known as the Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA), with more than 6 million members around the world. In the US alone, more than 500,000 believers worship in 37 different languages in more than 2,000 Alliance churches. The US Alliance is divided into 28 districts, and San Jose Christian Alliance Church is part of the Central Pacific District.

We're Christ-Centered
Our Alliance family celebrates Jesus—the image of the invisible God, the Lord of all Creation! Because of who He is and what He’s done, we are compelled to “go!” Humbled by the open invitation He extends to us—what we call the Great Commission—we join Him in His work to restore and reconcile lost and broken people to Himself.
“For in Christ, all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, and in Christ you have been brought to fullness.” Colossians 2:9-10
Our heartbeat is to know Jesus as our:

We Rely on His Spirit
Acts 1:8 is in our DNA. We are convinced it is only by the Holy Spirit’s empowerment that we can fully express Jesus’ love, compassion, and mercy to those who do not know Him.
“… But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8
