Schedule of Events:
9:30AM to 10:00AM — parking and fellowship
10:00AM to 11:30AM — Combined Worship in the Main Gym
11:30AM to 3:00PM — Lunch & Games/Activities
Tickets:
Those who registered first will have first priority for the food. So bring your ticket (either paper or on your device) to qualify yourself to be first in line for the BBQ lunch!
What to Bring:
We will have indoor areas and picnic tables under the shade. There are plenty of picnic tables around the campus. But you are welcome to bring blankets and an umbrella to sit on the lawn area. We expect it to be warm on Sunday. While the caterer will provide drinks for lunch, you are also encouraged to bring your own water bottle(s).
Parking & Carpooling:
Please carpool if you can. Our Parking Attendants will direct you to park at the student parking lot. You may loop back near the football stadium for handicap parking and to drop off the elderly and children. Please refer to the map and be there early and follow our Parking Attendants’ directions.
