Clean up Checklist

1. Cooking Utensils: wash, dry and return items to the kitchen
2. Counter Top: wipe and clean
3. Grill: turn OFF, clean and cover grill
4. Tables: wipe and clean off all food particles
5. Garbage Disposal: turn OFF
6. Trash Cans: throw trash bags into the dumpster (in the parking lot) and replace with new trash bags
7. Storage Gates: make sure all gates are closed and locked (if needed)
