Hi Youth Family,
Welcome Back! The school year has kicked off, NOW it’s time for our Youth Group to kick-off too! I truly believe that God is doing something through our Youth Group this year if we choose to break out of our preconceived limitations and pursue His presence!

This morning, in our Time with Abba passages, we read through 1 Corinthians. As I was reading this morning, I was encouraged when I read 1 Corinthians 14:26:

What then, brother? When you come together, each one has a hymn, a lesson, a revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation, let all things be done for building up.

As we reunite and kick off the school year, I hope our youth family would be a place where the whole church, every youth who walk through the doors, every family would come and be encouraged and built up to become who God has called us to be.

E2 Fall Kickoff

This Saturday, August 24th, we will be kicking off this year Elijah Elisha Fellowship (E2). We have an epic night of (1) fun games, (2) worship God, and (3) setting goals and dreams for our Youth Group. Come out, have fun, make friends and discover God.

Senior Yosemite Outing – Update

National Volunteer Youth Ministry Training
Sep. 28, 9am-11:30am

SJCAC is hosting the National Day of Volunteer Youth Ministry Training on Sat. Sep. 28th at 9am-11:30am in the chapel. This training by the Download Youth Ministry (DYM) organization is open to any and all volunteers, past, current and future. SJCAC members get to attend free. Friends are invited to attend and can signup as a group from their church. Flat fee of $129 per church.

Note: This is a nationwide event happening on 9/21 but since that conflicts with our Missions Conference, we hosting this event at SJCAC on 9/28.
